IS 700 FOOTPRINT THE SAME SKLTN S ANTI X

The stock should be pretty easy to adapt but may require some minor fitting. The SKLTN bolt release sits up higher as it should clear easily but if I'm not mistaken the defiance ejection port cutout may be a little larger but that's only cosmetic. Maybe some minor fitting at the bolt handle cut out also. Most stocks require some "final fitting" to fit just right.

The action tenon threads I think are the same but head spacing may be different due to recoil lug thickness. Unless, you bought a Remage type prefit you may have some issues. I'd call Pure Precision in the morning and ask. I have a SKLTN action and love it.

Good luck

That's too bad. Why are you wanting to switch from the AnTiX?
Bolt to tight to scope. This was my first build and I am not around anybody that has a custom action, so I went with what was popular. No way I will have something you catch your knuckle on every time you use it. I don't know I could open the bolt with a glove on I don't think it would open far enough.
It will make a good paper weight.

Haven't really run into that with my customs but imagine it could happen. So what you want is a 75 degree bolt. Kelbly just came out with there 75 degree actions also.

yes I'll have to go with 75 to be safe I also am wanting to keep it as light as possible. This is on a 300wsm withe a 18 inch barrel just used for hunting. I hunt with a suppressor.
