Now I almost can't wait to get started on load development! Just gotta find some powder and brass.

I have, I think 100 pieces or so of, military 308 brass that got necked down to 7-08. Primer pockets have been swaged and everything. I gave the gun away so don't have too much use for it. Also the necks are pretty dang thick, and I don't feel like dealing with it. I'm sure they would balance out after a while. I could send it to you if you'd like.

Other stuff around Varget that isn't as hard to find...BL-C2, CFE-223, N140, etc. Check a burn rate chart.

Varget works good , but I was using CFE 223 in my last 7-08 with 120 ttsx and was getting 3240 FPS in a 20.5 " bbl.
