I need help with my newly built AR

I'm building a 6ARC as well, I've ordered a Schilling stainless barrel with a matching bolt, I've always had great success with these barrels, I'll let you know if I experience any similar issues.

I've never had a Schilling barrel. I have a couple SHILEN Barrels..They shoot great and no wear at all.Both have been Melonited

pretty much what this guy did but i plan to leave the barrel in the upper.

Don't, separate them and blend them to match, also look at the face and butt of all of the lugs for burrs.
