I drew a Wyoming Mountain goat tag!! Any advice?

Ya, on the northern end, there is north and south fork, that go on either side of Mt. Nord

Ive seen goats in the north fork. Hunting big mule deer. Dont want to wild goose chase you. But it might just be on the edge enough and not have gotten shot out.

How recently, like last year? I may make one more trip on horseback, but not sure if it would be doable, do you know how much snow is up there? I would just go and look, but it's about a 6 hour drive with a horse trailer....

I doubt the snow is too bad in there now. Plus its gonna be close to 60 today here in Jackson
Was up over there in early September scouting deer and hunting bears. Looked at a bunch of country and never saw a goat, tough hunt for sure
