I check in a couple times a day if time allows. Have the forum indexed and then go to new posts. Saves a lot of time and still allows one to stay in touch.
As a suggestion to those of us that check in frequently - it would be much more helpful if all the polls were not brought up each and every time you logged in. I have no problem with polls but wading through them 2-3 times a day becomes pretty time consuming when you are following a particular post or two.
