What would it take for a SAAMI revision for the SAUM's to update the barrel twist?

Hard to do retroactively, but easier with a new moniker.

What do you think?

I would shoot a 7saum if I could find brass - very hard to find in Canada.

I have a 7 SAUM and love it but I don't reload so getting ammo is bitch and expensive.

Not as expensive as constantly trying new load combos, brass, dies, bullets, and brass!! Lol

All 3 saums are super easy to load for and super accurate.

Would you like it more with a 40* shoulder and less body taper?

Like it simple to reload no fire form and shoot fast. Like to see someone sammi something similar. Can have 40* shoulders and no taper.

Are there any royalties involved with creating a SAUM? If somebody wanted to get a 25 SAUM or 6.5 SAUM SAAMI approved, do they have to pay Remington for that along with paying for the testing and certification or has the "statute of limitations" passed?
