Help Keep the SAUM’s Alive !!!

Would love to see some more companies pushing saum brass out. I think Peterson is going to start or has started. I shoot the 7 saum and I like it. Adg brass. Low recoil, accurate, powerful and not everyone has one! It's about the perfect little cartridge.

Used a 7 saum this season and loved it, building a 6.5 saum next and would love to have quality 25 saum brass available as well!

They said:

"We already offer 6.5 and 7SAUM. Unfortunately, we do not have plans to pursue 300SAUM. We appreciate the inquiries and request to help drive our R&D efforts."

Death to the SAUM.

The industry had it's chance to show proper support. We're moving on. Some companies are going to learn you don't get to starve the brass market to death for a decade, and have a thing succeed.

I'm running a 7 PRC Primal off Lapua 6.5 PRC brass and it's shooting tighter than any SAUM that's ever shown up here. I can buy Lapua cases by the thousand, wherever a capstone dealer exists, nearly whenever I want.

I'm moving on, and never looking back.

We have three 7 SAUMS and one 300 SAUM here! Still love mine too!
This year...My son's 7 SAUM has claimed 2 nice whitetail bucks, three whitetail does, one nice muley buck and several pigs...all with one shot with 160 Accubond.
So... Yeah! We'd like to see continued brass production!

Being a huge Sherman fan, I still love the SAUM line.
I load for a ton of 6.5 & 7 SAUMs.

They are the easy button of short mags.

Hard to believe they haven't gone mainstream by now.

I've had 2 - 7saums, and they were both 1 holers with the first load tried. And oddly enough they both hated Hornady alphabet bullets.

I'm in the process of gathering parts and pieces for a 7 SAUM project myself... so far I have a PROOF carbon barrel and 100 ea. Gunwerks brass. Plenty of H1000 and 4350 already on hand!

Of the SAUM Head Stamped Brass

I Believe the SAUM cartridge should not fade away. In fact with recent advances in action length options, Barrels, barrel twist rates, powders, bullets, etc. the SAUM's are a very viable option today.

With enough public comment in support maybe we can persuade ADG to consider offering 300 SAUM Head Stamped Brass. They already offer 6.5 & 7

I will share a link to this thread with ADG & Peterson if enough interest is generated.

Appreciate your Help even if you're not a SAUM fan.

I have a 7 SAUM and love it but I don't reload so getting ammo is bitch and expensive.
