Hawkins Hunter DBM Troubleshooting

Any update on this? Having the same issue but only when running the bolt hard. If I run it slower and smoother it ejects them all. Impact NBK 7 PRC, Hawkins Hunter DBM, Magnum Mag.

Runs perfectly fine when I actually fire the cartridge. I’m guessing the end of the bullet was hitting and bouncing back in. Is yours doing it while actually firing?
