Hammer Hunter Load Data, (See page 1, Post 8)

Hornady's varmint express factory ammo shows 3300 fps from a 24" Bbl with 95gr V-max for the 6.5 creedmoor. Every rifle is different and some may pressure out earlier than others especially with a factory chamber, although coopers are pretty much customs.

I'm as close to pressure signs as I want to be in this barrel. Not sure how you're getting those speeds out of a creedmoor, must have a really fast barrel, I think my 6.5SS would be in that range with considerably more powder.

There is certainly nothing wrong with being safe and comfortable with your load.

Enjoy

Nothing good to report. Had a last minute change in the line up, a Seekins 6.5CM came my way so I thought I'd give it a try. Data from the sheet for using Varget in 6.5CM with the 85HH has resulted shotgun-patterns for me. It was so bad I shot factory ammo to check the scope. H4350 shrunk the group to 2". Back to the drawing board but with rifle season starting soon I'm going back to 30-06 and 180HH for work again this year, that was my original plan and looks like it's the best option.

If you're willing to go up in weight, the 124 HH with RL16 is a fantastic combo in the Creed. The photo below is at 300 yards
