I was looking for a crossbow he replied and said he had a ravin r20 for 1000$ shipped. I asked for a picture with a username and bow and it's photoshopped.

Tommytrees----If you take a screen shot of his pic, then open Google browser--- use the "camera" icon on the right side of the search bar and click your screen shot photo in "gallery" ----- Google will search for the same picture on the internet

But some scammers have gotten smart to those and will crop the item in pic and drop it onto a new background--- you can always ask the seller for a closeup of a part of the item ( not in original photos)

They have also learned they can use Google generated phone numbers to "talk or chat" with you to try to raise your trust level so be careful of phone phone numbers they give to you, this makes it look like they are in the us when they may not be.
