The keystone pipeline would not move US oil. It would move canadian oil from canada to our coast where it would be transported overseas. Some of it would be transported to our oil refineries and refined into diesel before being shipped overseas. The reason that we have the largest oil reserve and yet we are still buying our oil from overseas is because oil companies are currently reaping the rewards of $5 a gallon gasoline. I am not exactly sure of the connection but apparently our government is forcing them to do this. The 4 cents a gallon was the figure provided by transCanada, the company whose oil we would be shipping to the coast. There was a study which said it could actually drive gas prices up in the US because it would take away refining capacity for our own oil. Some people are confused by this but what happens when a refinery goes down? Gas prices go up.

Actually, overall Obama had more growth than Trump. Also, Obama's best year was 3.1% in 2015. Trump's best year was 3% in 2018. Obama's total growth for all years in office was 1.62% where as Trumps was .95%. When Obama took office, growth was -2.5% which happens to be his worst year. That is what Obama inherited along with 8% unemployment, financial institutions crashing as well as the auto industry crashing not to mention the stock market was under 8000. Trumps worst year was -3.7% in 2020 which is what Biden inherited. Everything we are experiencing now is a direct result of 2020.

One last thing. Obama spent all that money and yet he reduced the deficit. Trump came into office and more than doubled the deficit.

When you do an average of 4 years and one was complete economic shutdown your stats now mean zero. You sir may be able to get other to fall for that but that's not how numbers work. Again this stuff is my hobby so I see all those tricks.

Well again widen your view. More crude oil of any kind into the market drives prices down. That's been true for all of time. Works with dollars, homes, cars, everything. So yes it will drive down cost.
I bet that study was done by the same ones that said Obama care would save the us money. How did that work out. Or maybe the same ones that think spending more money decreases debt. One thing I've learned is leaving out one little point can make a big change

Well yes when that one year is a complete shut down based off public health yes.
Trump didn't shut things down stayed did. Michigan shut down completely. No amount of policy would fix that. And if he passed a law forcing them to stay open you probably would have said he's killing people.

So what I've gathered here is take claim for everything that goes right when your party is in power and lay blame to others when it's bad. What are you gonna do when the interest rates go to 3-4 percent and crush the economy under Biden? Stay consistent to yo logic. I bet you don't. One thing you will notice I am consistent in my views not who in office. You on the other hand will look for a scapegoat.
Again I can't believe you can't see why you can't put trumps last year into the mix. Even top dems asked voters not to look at that because it would crush them on a state level. Except the fact that we have gone over how futures affect the market. If they announced today they would flood the market with oil and it goes to $50 a barrel it doesn't happen the very second.
I'll take one percent over zero any day. Then add it with all the other 1 percent over time then we end up with more supply.

Actually, there were lots of things he could have done as well as things that he did that he should not have done that could have reduced the severity. We could have been way ahead of it had he taken it seriously. Everything that was learned from previous administrations about pandemics and how to get ahead of them was a joke to that administration. The fact is that it does not matter whether something is within the control of the president, its still their fault. The fact that he lost the election should be a good indicator of that. The current situation is a prime example. According to pretty much every economic expert on the planet, the shutdown in 2020 is the root cause of high gas prices and inflation. You don't seem to have a problem laying it at Biden's feet.

Not denying he is a crack head but you actually have to have the crack in hand to be arrested. There is no way to determine its crack from a picture. If he did break the law and it can be proven then throw him in jail. On the other hand, no one ever talks about investigating Jared and Ivanka. They earned somewhere between $172 million and $640 million while working in the white house. Jared supported a blockade of Qatar after they would not give his family business a loan then magically his family got the loan. Maybe its a lie but shouldn't it be investigated to determine the validity? Then there was the $500 million loan he got from investors that he invited into the white house. Some say he even offered one of them a job in the administration. Maybe it is a lie but shouldn't it be investigated to make sure? I admit, its not like they are smoking crack and making porn videos but seem like it should be looked into.
