Finally got my 1000 yard p-dog.

Way to go! That is a looong shot for a 22-250. I like your choice for the next challenge. Way to hang in there on this one. I am planning on my first trip to Montana for prairie dogs, with long shots as a goal. Not sure I am up to a 1000 yard shot. You give me hope though.

to have a rifle in your vehical on school grounds. You can't even come to work with a gun in your car here in, "the socialists republic of New Joisey".

Heck, in Texas, you can legally have a rifle in the pickup rifle-rack and a concealed handgun on you while in the school parking lot.

1.5 hrs is plenty of time to get home, clean up, reload some ammo, and be ready for a days work!

I know this is an old post, but could not pass up the comments on taking his gun to school did anyone look at the date of post July 10th I don't think school is in session then congrats on a **** good shot. How did the rebarrel go?
