My guess is your emails are being flagged as SPAM by whatever AI algorithm is in use. I would try calling them or email from an alternate email address.
Ordered from Arken. Emailed at [email protected] Several times.Hope you didn't order off the wrong website, spelled Arkin instead of Arken.

They're ALWAYS like that....most frustrating company to deal with....Ordered a scope like a week and half ago. Got an order pending email and ................NADA since. No response to 3 emails I have sent. Phone number refers you to the same dead email.. Anyone know what's up?

Yeah about where I am at. I did get a shipping notice but the PO is still waiting for the item. You know the ol "Shipping Label has been created".This would cause me to cease using their products.
