Favorite Weather app or website

For trip planning I have been using weather.com and NOAA-NWS. NWS is pretty good; but tired of the adverts in weather.com. Any good recommendations?

I've had good luck with Accuweather but unless you pay for the premium you still have to deal with all the pop ups and ads.

NOAA has their own app for the iPhone. I've used it for years, it's like 10.00 a year I think and is the best weather app I've ever used...

I like Windy to see the major winds days ahead. Course the major winds are influenced by topography to create secondary winds to deal with. The clouds feature fairly accurate for seeing clouds,rain, snow ahead too.

Click on your area and you'll get a detailed discussion. This is what we use so you may have to learn a few acronyms like LAL (lighting activity level) and what the values 1-6 mean but otherwise it's better than a 10 day with pictures of a sun, clouds or sun with clouds. That doesn't tell you much.
