OBTW I didn't shoot him. Lot's of deer in the area but not many that have ever made me stop and say ........ **** I love WT deer. I can always kill a deer to eat or mount but not that morning. I've got lot's of photos of bigger deer but none that mean as much to me.

I would have felt the same way! Can't imagine anyone on this forum not hitting the brakes and admiring that specimen

From my neck of the woods where I live in Virginia that buck would be in the freezer the only way he wouldn't be shot is someone would get buck fever and wouldn't be able to shoot him he is a nice buck I would love to see a picture of him next season

That deer is 4.5-5.5YO. His face is blocky and he has developed a Roman nose and his body is square and belly is beginning to droop.
