Anybody else looking for something other than the typical AR? I put all my thoughts together on the new Desert Tech WLVRN, it is a bullpup piston-operated carbine that does 223, 300blk, 308, and 6.5cm all in the same platform.

Yeah, I have been looking at that. Not sure if I'd like the bull pup but a 16" with a can on it would be like a SBR...

I've been looking long at the new wolverine myself. I have a SRS A1 in 338 lapua. It has been excellent. Accuracy has been outstanding, and I like the ergonomics.

Today I traded into a MDRX IN 308. I don't have a lot of time behind it so far since it was 1° outside today but so far I like it. Even with my 9" thunderbeast it's shorter than a 16" barreled ar15. Accuracy wasn't anything to brag about but I was only shooting 147gr PMC ball ammo today. It did function perfectly and I can't say that about the 2 ar15s I also shot today. The cold was dealing havac with them.
