Dangerous Reloading Practice

seems like the real way to test the thesis is take a known load quantity that produces a repeatable ES and SD on your chrono, put a bunch of loaded ammo on the tumbler and pull 5 rounds out every 15 or 30 min and label them, shoot them over the chrono once you've got a good sample size just like working up a load.

Been done over and over in magazines and message boards. Test after test. I've never seen that anybody has observed a change with a reasonable amount of time in a tumbler.

It all seems like a non-issue to me. Is there any real reason/need to tumble live ammo? Even if cases got nasty from being in a leather pouch or whatever, just use a little steel wool and you're done.
