I've looked at them. Definitely a alternative to Barnes. I'm going to give the 180's a go from CEB Maximus line. I love the accubonds they hold up very well on high speed impacts out of my 300AX. However on deer Its actually unimpressive. Just burns right on through. Very little energy transfer until 400+ yards. On aoudad it flattens them. I'm hoping the Maximus will give me a better transfer of energy on smaller game like deer with the petals shearing off and cutting additional wound channels. Hoping for 3500fps.

I want to give the badlands 230 grainer? For .338 a go.
