What would you spend or have spent?

Waaay too much! At least, that is what my wife always claims.

Personally, I see it and always have seen it as my hobby I greatly enjoy, and while I have friends and family who spend their money and time on boats, planes, cars, golf trips, expensive vacations, etc, etc, shooting/hunting is mine.

I am glad some of mine were purchased/built back when things were a little cheaper, for the current replacement costs for some would just cause a divorce I am sure.

Mule Deer (Barsness) introduced me to the Campfire, I was into the 257 Roberts at the time hence the name, does not apply so much these days.

Used full custom - best deal out there as others have mentioned. If you're patient, savings can be 25-50%. Same goes for glass - just make sure of the warranty on the scopes though.

I really like what Weatherby is doing in Sheridan these days! I'm going to see if I can get a tour when I'm passing through this May. I drive a Chevy BTW.

Been there twice. Awesome place. I even got two Vanguard composite stocks that were factory 2nds cause of paint defects . $20.00 a piece !
