Time change : Fall back 1 hr

Personally I'd prefer permanent daylight savings time as it always ensures at least a little bit of sun when I get off work at 5pm. Would give me just enough time to make it over to the park to watch the deer in the evening during the winter.

CMP70306: Interesting point. People in the eastern part of a time zone will have early mornings and short evenings, while those in the western part will have just the opposite. So if you want long evenings, move to the westernmost point in your time zone.

I'm in eastern PA and my roots are firmly planted here so unfortunately no moving for me.

It was neat when we were out in Montana and sunset was 45 minutes later than at home.

Spent a fair whack of my youth in western alaska, the time zone map basically traces the aleutians so what would be several time zones over is all just the same. It starts being noticeable in late August but really shows up in mid winter. Days are short when north like that, but it was weird to have daylight between 11am and 6 p.m.

We always solved the frustration in circadian rhythms by leaving sodium lights on 24/7 and not sleeping.... worked out great....

Put enough away for college and re started as a sophomore, pretty sure I was a senior before my normal sleep wake cycle normalized.
