Cfe 223 in 223 and 224 valkyrie?

Just finished reading the post on using Varget in the 223. What about CFE 223 in the same calibers? I was able to get a couple lbs of CFE and if there is recent experience I'd like your feedback. One other question..would CCI 400's be hot enough for CFE?

I have loaded a fair bit of it in .223. It's not my first choice for precision loads, Varget or XBR8208 get the nod there. It meters good and gives good velocity, if I was cranking out hundreds of rounds of AR type blaster ammo I wouldn't hesitate to use it. I never could get very tight ES with it and it's temp sensitive so I had some pretty big swings from winter coyote hunting to 100 degree prairie dog shoots. Ymmv, I know some guys have great luck with it I'm just not one of them.
