If I work up a load on a friend's rifle with my can on, will it be just as accurate w/o the can, just different POI?

If I do all my testing and load development with my suppressor, and want to hunt without it how much does it change my point of impact?

Do NOT complicate it unnecessarily. I agree with @lancetkenyon. As others have noted, you are changing the barrel harmonics, and POI may or may not change with it on or off - an actual test with your set-up is required, not our personal experiences with our rig.
