I have worked up in Chelan. I love the area.
Had a sub contractor up there that made the claim that in that area, they only allow general hunters to shoot spikes. Only special tag holders could shoot branch antlered bulls. Is that fact?

That, to me, is crazy. Seems like the biggest bulls will continue to inbreed, not being able to be taken out to allow the gene pool to deepen.Very much depends on the area, but in general, yes.
