Noee, with the mirrors that Teslong supplies, the the mirror with the red band is an anti Glare mirror, and it sure helps!

its the smallest one, i think its .20 or .22

I reached out to Teslong. They only make 45 degree mirrors. If anyone finds the 30/60 degree, please let us know
