I think some of the guys hit it already but you won't find a prone size bipod that won't hop on a hard surface, especially with a bigger cartridge. You have to dig it in, then load the bipod. I've never used the spiked boots but I've heard they work too.
I would use a bag if the bipod isn't working out. Even with a sniper background I've always found bipods to not be the end all be all tool. There's a time and place for a hog, for a bag, and for other supported shots.
