Best weight bullet in 6.5x284 for Elk

Well finally got out to the range and think I may have found something close to what I need. .468MOA at 2850FPS. Will see if I can push them faster with same or better accuracy.

My elk bullet this fall from my 6.5-284 is going to be a 135 SBD2. It's proving to be extremely accurate. I'm using a 1/7 twist though. These things are LOOOONNNNNNG !

What is the terrain and vegitation like where you will hunt? Dense cover, open country, heavy brush or rolling grass lands? How will you hunt? Still hunting through cedars or pines, spot and stalk from a vantage point, stand/ambush hunting? Match the bullet not merely to the game but to the performance you'll need from from muzzle to target. You have a host of choices. I'd pick from AB, ABLR, Partitions, ELD-X, SGK...
