I vote for Forster full length die and seater die. I use them for all my cartridges and they produce more consistent ammo then others I've tried.

For the 300 WM I've had good luck with a Lee Collet Neck Sizer, a Redding body die to bump the shoulder, and finished with a Forster Competition seating die. This combination of dies allows me to make straight ammunition that stacks 215 Bergers into little knot holes from both of my 300 WMs.

Leave expander ball in or out?

I leave the expander in but do polish them some with steel wool. With Forster's design the expander doesn't create run out issues that others can.
