Bergara barreled action 6CM instead of a custom (at least for now)?

The only thing to consider is future use, I don't remember exactly what it was but isn't there something with the bolt nose or something that makes truing a Bergara difficult, or at least not as easy as say a normal rem 700? Wanting to true up that action for a custom build down the road may not be in the back of your mind, but it's something to think about at least. Personally I'd prefer a Tikka over the Bergara but it wouldn't work with your existing components so the bergara makes sense ... another (even cheaper) option is getting a Rem 700 in the cartridge / specs you like and dropping in your parts and with that you'd probably see similar accuracy with an action better suited to something custom in the future.
The tikka barrel is made by Sako at their factory and is a quality barrel ! I've always found the tikkas to be extremely accurate right out of the box !

Let us know how it goes for it and post some pictures!

I would say what ever you're used to? To you shoot more single stages or dual stage? Both are great triggers.

I have the TriggerTech on my ARs so 2 stage but subtle. I'll put a TriggerTech on my Kimbers as soon as they are out. The Jard I have is nicer than stock but not quite the same. I am a fan of TriggerTech triggers for anything they offer them for that I shoot.

I've seen comments that there can be advantages to the two stage when you get a very light on pull with the PRS guns. Allows contact with the trigger and less chance of an accidental discharge. In feeling the two outside of the rifle I don't know if I like it. Their regular trigger is REALLY good. We'll see.
