Learned it at a hunting camp one year coking quail. He was also adding creamcheese between halapeno and breast, but I only did that with quail.

I'll skip the cream cheese, but will do some with jalapeño slices, and some with serrano slices.

There are a lot of those collared doves in town, but none where we dove hunt. They are larger, and meatier too.

Pretty sure they only live in town. Probably not supposed to shoot them with a pellet gun in town either but it was him or the garden soooo…

Yeah I've never seen them in the wild, but all around where we live there are tons of them.
