Any input on the “best” 1/2x28 to 5/8x24 adapter ?

I've run adapters since I got my first suppressor a decade ago, never had any issues with the 1/2 dozen or so I've purchased over the years from various vendors. If the barrel is too small in diameter to thread 5/8x24, then I just have it threaded 1/2x28 and use an adapter. I've not seen the need to add a bulbous head to the end of a rifle barrel for suppressor use.

I have a Weatherby Mark V Backcountry with a #1 barrel on it. Barely any shoulder even with 1/2-28x threads that came from the factory. I'm going to try to put a Rugged Alaskan 360 Ti on it using an SS adaptor.

I don't have high hopes because the barrel is so stupidly thin, so my concession was trying a 358 cal can instead of a 30 cal can for more clearance. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Rifle weighs around 6.5lbs scoped, even a brake would look like a huge bulbous wart on the end of the pencil tube.

The suppressor appears to align, now it's time to shoot it.

Backed off to show the (lack of) shoulder.
