I would definitely try RL22 as well. If you ever decide to try 130 or 140 grain bullets, RL19 performs very well too.
I was able to get my hands on 1 pound of the new reloader 23. All I can say is WOW! Better velocity than 22, Not at all temp sensitive and very uniform pressures with the muzzle pressures lower than normal. It should be on the shelves before next hunting season.
7828 SSC is what I shoot in my 7mmRM's. Works great for me.
Gotta mix it up sometimes...Keep yall on your toes.I was wondering why you didn't recommend 7828 the first time around...
