A Couple New Big Bores

We just finished designing a couple new big bore Shock Hammers. A .510 caliber 570gr and a .475 caliber 352gr. The 50 cal was designed on request of Buffalo Bore Ammunition. They are wanting to load these for traditional double rifles and wanted the 570gr for regulation. It will also run great in bolt guns too. The .475 cal was designed for the 470 Capstick. This is a very interesting cartridge based on the H&H cartridge. The Capstick is a straight wall cartridge that will meet requirements in some of the straight wall States for hunting. I really like this cartridge. This one makes sense to me. It will reliably feed and headspace with the belt and has plenty of horsepower for making the 300y plus shots. It will run this 352gr Hammer at about 2600 fps.
