7mm STW Brotherhood - For those who shoot the 7mm Shooting Times Westerner

Len, Im sure I missed a couple but my count is 154 folks in all from day one to now all the way South Africa to Norway to Alaska and everywhere in between, some have came and went but for the most part its a tight crowd.......The STW is alive and well........You gotta Love it

A special shout out for " Bro Bean" for doing the count. I was literally in the process of starting a post, to see how could we get it done, and then I found out it was already in process. The phone conversation went something like, " what are you doing"? The response was " counting"! good job bro, I was only off by a few on my estimate!

I only got to page 175 so far, darn you for getting it done faster.... 75 members at page 175 of the thread is what I got... That was not quite into last fall....
when the wife starts calling down to you wondering if you are coming upstairs at all for the night, you know it's time to get upstairs for the night....

Reason i ask, is b/c I can't find ANY brass around here, and mine are starting to blow out the sidewalls from being loaded too many times. So, just wondering if you'd part with some of it, if you had any Nosler, Norma, or Federal.

Can somebody give me the scuttlebutt on the Rem 700 SPS in 7 STW. I've seen two kinds on different sites. One goes for about $550, the other for about $750.

Md, the one that is the original one that they came out, last spring. I honestly don't know what the one for $750.00 could be. I haven't heard of that one, if different, unless someone is jacking the price. I have seen that recently, quite a bit. Buyer Beware!!!

Md, There have been some really bad vibes on the new SPS Rough chambers and some really rough Tubes I think out of two or three we have dealt with here only one of them shot well without having to be rebarreled ....not to say they are all bad but me personally I would have to take a really close look at it....

The only difference I could tell is the $750 one has a shell capacity of 4+1 compared to 3+1 for the other. The picture of the rifle on the website appears to have a ported barrel.I seen them on gunbroker & budsguns.

I thought I read of problems on the cheaper one . The other does seem to be different.
