So I spent the weekend with N565 & my 7saum. After numerous firings my rifle found only 1 node & it was at 63.5gr which happens to be same exact charge of H1000 it likes. I worked all the way up to 65.5gr & never got a heavy bolt, but groups were 1.5in…..
That's about what I figured at those charges. Did you pressure out or why did you quite going forward? I'm guessing you couldn't reach the 2940 node
Where did you end up on seating depth? How far off landsBest groups with N565. 3 shot & 5 shot. Second pic I choked on the 5th shot.
I was getting ejector marks & definitely noticing recoil increases….shooting suppresed at 65.5 that load is hot AF….! My rifle was obviously showing me it didn't like the red zone. I was getting velocity reads in 2.9k zone but not the groups
My lands are 3.1. So 2nd day at range I took 64.0gr & sent 3 shots @ 20, 40, 50, & 60 off
So my lands are 3.1 & seems to like the 180 Hybrid at .003 off no matter the powder so far
