Pop for the custom ones. The Hornady 7LRM dies are worse than Hornady's 7LRM brass.

Since you're using a Tikka, which work excellent with shorter cases, I'd seriously look at a 7 blaser, 7wsm, or 7 saum. All these will do 2950-3050 from a 26" barrel. The 7lrm is 3.5", longest mags for factory bottom metal Tikka are 3.4" long.

I just did some load work for some hammers this morning. Super easy to develop. I'm a .5 MOA shooter at best so I would imagine this one shoots in the .2's.

I will say the 7lrm is my favorite rifle to shoot due the low recoil and easy load development.
