Try 4350 and/or Vihtavouri N160. I think the powders you're using are too slow for the 7PRC. RL22 should be plenty slow for the 7PRC. RL19 could well be the ticket...especially if your barrel is shorter than 24". Take a peek at a powder burn rate chart like this one to see what you have in stock that's near the ones mentioned. Agree with your point. Found 560 was better than the slower powders in my experience as well. And had a good fill in the case as well. The only caveat is that 160 isn’t very temperature stable but not as bad as some.

Speed is the only downfall of H4831SC, but it's an amazing accurate and extremely temp stable. I'm having a similar issue with Ramshot Magnum. It gives me great accuracy, but the speeds are 120-170 fps slower than published velocities. H1000, N565, and Retumbo have been amazing in terms of speed within my 6.5 PRC, 7 PRC, and 300 PRC.

Out of the h1k, n565 and tumbo what are you finding is the go to and why? You claim they are all amazing in speeds but what do think is amazing? Surely they aren't all the same as far as speeds and accuracy?

That doesn't sound right. 58.5 gr would get you about 2,500fps and is below the recommended starting point for the PRC.

I'm running a 24" barrel w/can in this same area 2970 with 175 eldx's. I've been trying Rl26 & H1000. Will probably go with H1000. Oh yeah Hornady brass for now!

H1000 68.5, ADG brass, 24" Proof CF, CCI primer with 180 Bergers I'm seeing 2960 fps. I've got slight pressure but I'm getting great groups. Can't get the 175 ELDX to group as well, but the identical rifle with a 22" Proof CF (different powder charge of course) can't group the 180's but loves the 175's. It's about 90 fps slower but one can't argue with the group.

My numbers are right there with yours. I have the 175 EH and 68.2gr of H1000 running 2957 fps.

Just got through listening to Ron Spomer speaking with to Hornady representative, I think Seth was his name.
Topic was on why the low numbers on velocity from what is stated on the boxes. Original loadings from factory boxes was on par, but now it isn’t. Rep stated that with the market as it is they are having trouble with the lots of powder. I think he stated nitrocellulose in the powder causing the low velocities also stated was that chambers not being spec saami can also be a part of low velocities, sloppy chamber??? My question is that those that have speced their reamer for larger diameter chambers to help with the click issues are they showing lower velocities in their loads? This was concerning the 7 prc.

It has been extremely consistent. I'm going to try to replicate this accuracy with H4831SC and Ramshot Grand. My goal is to build as many temperature-stable loads as possible for my Bergara 7 PRC.

Again, what do you consider as amazing speed with 565, retumbo and h1000 in the 6.5, 7 and 300prc?

Range report...

LRT was even whackyer with standard primers. Still shot under an inch, but 100fps ES. I sure wish I could settle it down but I'm done with it for now.

Grand, strait book load, call it 50fps slower than RL26 and crummy ES, but room to work up. .6" at 100.

I'll pursue a load with Grand. I'm betting I can get velocity up a little, ES down and tighten that group up some.

I ran the 175 EH with H1000 68.6gr, Retumbo 70.6gr, and N565 68.6 gr. They all are right at 3000 fps. Here is the Retumbo video and pics of the H1000 load data. I will have to dig for the N565 data.
