Anyone splitting 338SS FL sizing dies ?

Anyone measuring fired ADG brass .006 at the web ?

If so, I’d like to hear from you.

** I'm running the B version on all components

Dang. It sounds like brass fired in an A chamber trying to be squeezed in a B die.
Don’t know what to tell you, there.
Unless the reamer isn’t sized correctly.
Did it just start or has it been ok in the past?

nope 100% B version in all components...

by the way what bullet, FPS and what length barrel?

I’m using A chamber 7ss,
N565
160 BT
2995fps

And anxiously awaiting a 25SS reamer.
Ive been around a lot of Sherman’s but a .006 expansion is a new one to Me.
Talked to Rich?

Did not see the 0.006 expansion @ the web. That is a lot. Especially given how tough ADG brass is in that area.

Outside a defective die I seen them split when trying to squeeze a web under virgin size much especially on tough mag cases. ADG makes a tough case.
