Well,

I decided to stick with 6.5 Creedmoor. I emailed the smith. I have all the dies, pilots, bushings, brass, bullets for 6.5 Creedmoor. I've had excellent results deer hunting with 6.5 Creedmoor and it makes a great steel shooting cartridge out to 1K yards.

For those inquiring about the 6gt feeding in ctr mags I can say mine was 100% reliable. I've since sold the rifle but never had a feeding issue.

It was a good one! I'll live on the 6gt huntig setup. I had an extra lt palma 7.5tw sitting at my smith's. He's gonna cut it with a 120fb alpha 6gt reamer for origin tenon. 21in 5/8x24 muzzle. I'll likely go on the aero sulos that's been sitting in the back my safe in the Peak44 bastion that'll be shipping end the week. Mags I'm uncertain, prob hawkins hunter setup.

I know it's a trite, fan boy cartridge but 147 ELDMs launched about 2625 FPS out of a suppressed 20" barrel 6.5 Creedmoor hit game hard at range and also cut the wind well at longer distances. It's a tad jumpy and requires some skill to spot but i set my scope at 10x and can see hits and misses easily.
