Yes Norma I called weatherby today to see if they had any brass available, what the cost would be and who makes it.

I have a 6.5-06AI that I love! Easy to form brass and very deadly. 140gr at 3150. Can't get much better and reasonable brass from Lapua!

The 6.5 Interests me too. Buy a few boxes of factoey ($150), keep that brass, Redding has dies. This is a brand new caliber, just like many reloaders, The powder needed is VERY Hard to find

which powder is being used??

The 6.5rpm has the same capacity as a 264wm, simple loading. RL33, N570, 8133, Retumbo will all work great with 147-165gr bullets. The lighter stuff 127-140 H1000, rl26, 7977, will work.

take a look at ramshot lrt for a powder choice for heavier bullets I am playing with it in a 6.5-280ai with 156 bergers and getting good velocities with it
