Check the dimensions of the case. If it's Hornady, I have experienced the same issue with certain lots of their 6.5x284 and 6.5CM Brass. The case head dimensions were oversized and would not allow the bolt to close. Re-sizing would not help.

The Ojive of the bullet you are using could start further from the neck and cause it to contact the rifling to soon.i have a .140 fb 6.5 prc on a tikka action. I ordered the ammo from copper creek and it wont chamber any ideas on this ?
We've already discussed this. Going off their specs it should just be touching with the 147s which are the longest to the ogive of the bullets he's shooting.The Ojive of the bullet you are using could start further from the neck and cause it to contact the rifling to soon.
