Do you have a Hornady comparator? The 143 and 147 have near identical measurements and the Bergers all have shorter bearing surface so if they are actually 2.945" then the Bergers should be farther from the lands.

Sorry this is cross posted to the fb group so I forgot he hadn't mentioned which bullets yet. None of those bullets should be an issue at 2.945

Can you describe where it chokes up? Is the bolt doing everything but closing?
