6.5 PRC Hornady 147 gr. ELD Match factory powder

Reloader 26 that I have here measures 0.041 to 0.044 in diameter. Lengthwise my sample varies a lot from 0.041 to 0.069 with several measuring 0.058". From what I have read it is not unusual for ammo manufacturers to use a blended powder that is not available to reloaders.
Reloder 26 wouldn't be a blended powder though, would it

The man that told me said he pulled a bullet and weighed the powder. Compared it to rl 26 and they looked and weighed the same. He's a custom reloader around here, so I believe him. But you can't get rl 26 so i'm using h1000. I have a lot of it
Hornady lists the maximum load for RL26 is 55.7 gr.

59 grains is too much for H1000. Hornady shows the max load for H1000 is 57.4 gr.
What the manual says doesnt really mean anything. In 6.5 creed, they used to put the receipe on the box. 41.5 grains of h4350 with the 140 a-max. Their manual at the time had a max charge of 40.5 with h4350. Manuals in my experience are pretty conservative

I pulled a 140 eldx last week, I'm guessing rl 26 , close to RL 25 which I do have , I have a new Christensen Mesa 6.5 prc , did barrel break in and started to work some loads, started ok , but when I went closer to max of retumbo 58.2 gr with 140 gr rdf things went bad fast , extremely tight bolt, blown primers , crazy high velocity, reloaded some 120 ttsx 59 gr retumbo same problems 3425 ft/sec, not having good luck yet with new gun or loads, factory loads were fine faster than specs but no accuracy, any ideas but start over, thanks.

I had the same type problem with a 6 CM. You may need to measure your chamber length with a modified case and those bullets to make sure you're not jamming the bullet into the Lands and shoving the bullet back into the case. I had a short throat in the chamber. I had to return it to the factory to have the barrel replaced
