6.5 PRC 147 ELDM. N560 & N565?

I apologize for reviving this thread but what was a 'bust' on the 135 A-Tip? I was considering working up a load for them to use during an NRL Hunter Match. I don't want to waste time or components if there was an issue.

I actually still have around 70 left from my test. I'll ship them to you for $40 if you want to test them

Thanks for the info. Thank you for the offer but I have plenty. I shoot them through a creedmoor and they have been great. My concern was you were experiencing 'blow ups.' I've heard rumors about jacket separation on the 135 A-Tips at high speeds or high twist rates - much like the 147 ELD-M.

I'll give them a go in the PRC but I need to get them moving 3100 fps or greater in order for them to make sense to use over my current load. Here's to hoping they hold together.
