500 Auto Max

My "Google Fu" isn't working well tonight. Trying to find the COAL for a 500 Auto Max round. My little bro is giving up on a project. Trying to figure out if a 500 Auto Max would function on a bolt action rifle, not an AR.

Anyone know the COAL for a 500 Auto Max?

It has the same as the 500mag does along with load data

I haven't seen pics yet, but he was using a Howa mini action and had is bolt face opened and had ejector work done.

I'd like to see how it turns out also. Picked up a 500 S&W PC and was hoping to get a BHA model 89 to pair with it. A Howa mini would be very interesting

I'd love to have one of the Big Horn Armory lever guns, but they're way out of my league. The 500 auto max in a bolt gun is an interesting alternative though.

My buddy has one built on a Remington short action using magpul lr308 magazines. It's a hammer in a 16" bolt gun. I'm not sure if it will fit and feed in the mini action.
