It's out, just rare. Had a rifle coming chambered in it. Then the ATF threw him in jail. Long story. But a sweet little round by RUAG.
I had been working on something similar back in 2017-2019. Didn't think of the rebated rim though.
I even bought 33XC and 37XC reamers.
The XC is so long. COAL of 4.578 with one of the recommended loads.
The Swiss P as nearly the same case capacity as the XC but because of the fatter case its .325 shorter making the COAL 4.253. That is still long but easier to deal with than over 4.5"
