.300 Norma magnum for hunting??

But they wont make it right on the first lots. Teaches me to stay with lapua.
I do agree, however only way to get lapua 300N brass is to buy and shoot leaded Berger ammo. Components aren't available in USA yet, even tho they have em everywhere else globally. Have had some on back order @ Grafs for several months.
 
Well, I've since sold my .300 Win mag Browning A-Bolt Stainless Stalker and got a 6.5 PRC Browning X-Bolt Pro which is 1/2 MOA accurate for the 1st 3 shots. (Then the skinny, fluted barrel heats up too much.)

But... these days my choice for a .300 magnum would be the .300 PRC for its ability to handle the long, heavy-for-caliber bullets above 190 grains.
