I'm always interested in terminal performance. I'm running the 140 Berger elite hunter in my 6.5 Creed and haven't had a whitetail opportunity yet but it's devastating on feral hogs.

I'm being completely illogical and trying to get down to one hunting rifle. I figure the 280AI can handle anything in North America. The 6.5 is lights out sub MOA out to 600 so selling it will be tough but it was a good enough story for my wife to build the 280AI. I just saw better bullet selection in the 150s for 7mm.

24" 1 in 8 twist. 3245 is humping it. I was hoping for around 3100.

3100 in a 24" tube with a 150 should be no problem.
3220 and 3240 in 2 -24" tubes with 140's and 3070 in a 24 with 162's

I don't have a chrony yet but it is also 22" 1-10 lilja #4 fluted...Shoots the ttsx 150's really well too.

Getting 3130 in mine with 26" barrel, 165 Sierra game changers, RL-26. Also found out Nosler brass has less capacity than Hornady, both factory 280 AI brass.
