What he saying is case length should be consistence for proper release of the bullet. The other is your case can gets to long it can get pinched off in the chamber, and creating higher chamber pressures. I have been there once, and about took a rifle apart. I had to get the bolt work over. Never made that mistake again. I check my brass after each firing for case separation, and after sizing case length.So even if my chamber length is longer than SAAMI 2.525 should I stay at or below 2.525?
