Looks like a 6.5 prc case possibly saum parent, but looks to not be rebated. So I'm think prc, shoulder bumped back to 40° shortened up a bit, basically what the Sherman short mag tweaks were done to the saum. I could be so far off base it's not even funny. I'd call it the 257 Maverick!

I would agree it definitely has a case capacity between the 257 WSSM and what would be the 257 WSM. It would seem a tall order to attain 3200 with a 131 out of a 24" bbl when I don't think my 257wby could do it with 60 grains. Maybe its as big as the WSM with a beefed up interior for higher pressure. 257 Maverick or TREX.

Guys have pushed it to 3200 with 25-06 case and Retumbo, your wby should be able to get 3400 with RL33. 60GR usable capacity, figure the neck holds 4-5 gr, total case capacity of 65ish gr which is exactly what the 25-06 has, but this design is short/fat sharp shoulder low taper, will give it a 50-75fps advantage over the -06.
