243 powders

Any recommendations on powders for the ole 243 probably going to shoot 100g pills. What is your favorite powder

For speed 100g BTSP (3000+ FPS): RL17, RL-26, W760 & Superformance

H4350 & IMR 4451 are close.

I am sure there are others.

Rl26 turns your ordinary 243 into extraordinary 243. You have to see it to believe it.

I cannot add much more than what has already been said. H4350, varget, H4831sc will all turn out exceptional loads. I load quite a bit in the 100 to 105 grain projectile range in 243's and have found wonderful accuracy with each of those.

To add on to the RL 26 bandwagon, its pushing 80gr Hammer Hunters and TTSX's in excess of 3400 fps out of my wife's dead stock 22" savage...

I've had great results with StaBall 6.5, Hybrid V100, Superformance, H4350. H4064 is also one I've used
